We're completely booked through 2012, however I can be convinced to bump really interesting projects to the top of the list.

First and foremost ... Nothing is more important than the customer-to-product match (we're not selling ice to Eskimos here, we're finding the information, the product and/or the service that best meets an individuals needs, period!)

Driven by the metrics ... In a creative field like marketing it can be easy to respond with, "I just like it better."  Instead, we always ask, "How can we measure it objectively; put a number on it."

Act with integrity and respect; both inside and outside the company ... It might surprise you to know that we don't believe the customer is always right. Often people don't know what they need; they just have a problem they want to solve. However any person, even a wrong customer, deserves to be told the truth and treated with the utmost respect!

Salaries are determined as a percentage of contribution to our success ... Just like the rest of our company, salaries will be driven by metrics.  We are not about finding the lowest salary at which you will continue to work.  That thinking (common in today's business climate) will only result in getting the lowest level of expertise and uninspired efforts.  Which (at best) will build an unimaginative, mediocre company.
