We're completely booked through 2010, however I can be convinced to bump really interesting projects to the top of the list.

Number 1 ... "Be the 1^st to Guarantee Marketing" by creating a model for doing research such that marketing efforts can be predictable ... instead of a shot in the dark.

Number 2 ... JJSmith Marketing will be the brand associated with engineered marketing. Which will be understood as a better, more effective way to deliver a message matched specifically to each individual visitor to a web site.

Number 3 ... Take no money from our client's present working budget.  We will instead rely on our own success, earning our living as a commission from sales of which we are directly responsible. This key difference will completely eliminate the question, "Am I wasting money on marketing?" from our client's list of concerns!

Number 4 ... Provide our employees with interesting, dynamic and open ended opportunities where they can work on their own schedule, from their home within our processes to earn as rich a living as they desire.  (money or time)

Understanding these four visions are ambitious, we will achieve them by investing heavily in processes that will allow well understood engineering principles like systems, statistics and metrics to become the drivers of what has more traditionally been known as a 'hit or miss' creative endeavor.

Creativity is certainly a necessary ingredient ... however when the creative is driven by proper metrics, the result will always more closely match a visitor's desires. 

We have hit GOLD ... when we can match an individual to their desire and get them off our web site as soon as possible. 

Stickiness is crap!  We have shown that if you give people exactly what they want and get them back to their life immediately ... then you will be so different from everything else out there (online or offline) they will follow you and your company forever!!
