Problem ...
a client came to us with a new product from his
brand new business in the diet market ... I
don't have to tell you this is one of the most
crowded markets on the planet and I advise
anyone considering creating/selling a product to
this market to go slowly! This is a
fussy market that is very, very overcrowded.
But this guy was quite convincing ... and I had
just started this business so I need a client.

Solution ...
on January 16, 2006 we started our research
which drove the creation of a brand new web
site by February 2, 2006. The month of
February ended with just over $31,000 in
sales. We continued to optimize for
conversions based on the metrics we had put
forth and post surveys ... and March ended
with just over $77,000 in sales. We
finally broke $100,000 in sales for a single
month in April ($112,883 to be exact).
Ongoing
Optimization ...
April is when we placed the site into our
maintenance process. Designed to be
completely hands off. No human has
touched the site since April 2006. But
it has continued to optimize itself and now
converts at 4.74% (unheard on the internet
for general traffic).

Of course I don't know if we can do
this for you ... but I am more than happy to
consider letting my team rip your site
apart and put it back together.
Obviously at this point I get dozens of
requests every day. So I'm really only
looking for especially interesting projects.
